TIED TIGHT SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 24 hours to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP:

Not available at this time.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: 

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours using USPS. The delivery standard is 5 - 8 days.

We do not ship outside of the United States at this  time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 

For calculated shipping rates:  Shipping charges for  your order will be displayed as as a flate rate for Economy shipping (5-8 business days). Expedited shipping calculated at checkout. Option provided at that time.  

For simple flat rate shipping:  We offer shipping within the US. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

Not available at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: 

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original  condition, we will refund the full order amount for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at sales@tiedtight.net with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
